This is as far from a cooking demo as a class can get. You're not watching, you're cooking. Running 10am to 4pm at partner venues across the UK - ProSmoke BBQ in Banbury, the SoCal BBQ Shop in Southampton, and others - each Wilson's class covers multiple cuts, multiple smoker types, and the technique that holds them together. Maximum 25 places. The day finishes with everyone eating what they cooked, together.
