Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Wilsons BBQ Ltd, registered in England and Wales at Brook House, Moss Grove, Kingswinford, England, DY6 9HS (Companies House: 15738019). By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms.

1. BBQ Classes

• Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the class date.
• Transfers to a future class date are permitted subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the original class.
• Wilsons BBQ Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to circumstances beyond our control (including adverse weather, venue issues, or insufficient bookings). In such cases, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
• Participants must be aged 18 or over unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All participants take part at their own risk. Wilsons BBQ Ltd carries public liability insurance; participants are advised to inform us of any relevant health conditions before attending.

2. Texas BBQ Tour

• Tour deposits are non-refundable once paid.
• Full payment is required 8 weeks before the departure date. Failure to pay in full by this date may result in your place being released.
• Wilsons BBQ Ltd acts as a guide and curator of the experience. We are not a licensed travel agent or tour operator under the Package Travel Regulations.
• Participants are solely responsible for booking and paying for their own flights, accommodation (where not included in the package), and any travel insurance. Travel insurance is mandatory.
• Wilsons BBQ Ltd accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, or losses arising from flight, accommodation, or travel disruptions.

3. Smoker Trailer Hire

• Minimum hire period is 2 days.
• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. The deposit amount will be confirmed at time of enquiry.
• The hirer is responsible for any damage to the trailer or equipment during the hire period. Damage costs will be assessed and charged at the end of the hire.
• Delivery and collection is charged at £1 per mile from our base.
• An optional post-hire cleaning service is available for £100. If the trailer is returned in an unreasonably unclean state without the cleaning option selected, a cleaning charge may be applied.
• The hirer must hold a valid driving licence appropriate for towing a trailer and is responsible for ensuring the trailer is towed in accordance with UK highway law.

4. Restaurant Consultancy

Consultancy engagements are governed by a separate written agreement to be signed before work commences. These general terms apply to the extent not superseded by that agreement.

5. Bookings & Refusals

Wilsons BBQ Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion. In the event we cancel a confirmed booking (other than for reasons attributed to the customer), a full refund of any amounts paid will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, videos, and branding is the property of Wilsons BBQ Ltd or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilsons BBQ Ltd’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
