The Wilson's BBQ smoker trailer is a large-format offset built for events of real scale. It arrives ready to cook - you supply the team and the fuel, you run it on the day. Available nationwide for weddings, festivals, corporate events, residencies. Delivery and collection charged at £1 per mile from Oxfordshire. Optional cleaning fee of £100 if you'd rather hand it back as-found.

- Can David run the day for us?
- Self-operated only. The trailer is hired without a chef. If you want a fully-staffed BBQ event, look at the consultancy or class options instead.
- How quickly can I book?
- Subject to availability. Email or WhatsApp the dates and David will confirm same-day where possible.
